Kurz, chief of staff, 1st Theater Sustainment Command, spoke to Soldiers about the recently refurbished M35A2 truck now displayed outside of the 1st TSC’s Fowler Hall headquarters building in Fort Knox, Kentucky. 1st TSC CG joins ASG-Qatar colors casing ceremony

June 14, 2021 — The commanding general of the 1st Theater Sustainment Command joined Area Support Group-Qatar's end-of-mission ceremony and casing of the group's colors by its last command team, June 10. MORE

Orientation designed to enhance, develop 1st TSC Soldiers

June 11, 2021 — Since the 1st Theater Sustainment Command headquarters is now staffed at 100 percent, a noncommissioned officers orientation has been introduced to provide an overview of what each unit or section does, both here and when deployed to the U.S. Army Central Command area of operations. The orientation is provided by each unit’s senior noncommissioned officer. MORE

June 7, 2021 — Civilian technicians at the Regional Support Center recently scored a sustainment home run by rapidly establishing in-theater power generator rebuild and exchange programs here. MORE

Kuwait MWR holds first in-person tournaments following a year of COVID restrictions

June 3, 2021 — Programs and events at Camp Arifjan are beginning to return to normalcy as more personnel on base receive the COVID vaccine. The Morale, Welfare and Recreation Community Center hosted a chess tournament and darts tournament for service members and civilians at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, on May 23, 2021, and May 26, 2021, respectively. 'Desert Medics' begin Operation Eagle's Landing, open clinics at Joint Training Center-Jordan

June 3, 2021 — The optometry clinic team with the 3rd Medical Command’s expeditionary command post, provides important medical care to Soldiers at Joint Training Center, Jordan. The 3rd Medical Command (Deployment Support), “Desert Medics,” set up an ECP at the JTC in Jordan on May 25th, 2021. MORE
