310th ESC Soldiers use biometrics to vet truck drivers sustaining Syrian ops

Army Reserve officers march 50 miles to honor Teddy Roosevelt, JFK for Presidents Day

February 18, 2021 — Two Army Reserve officers deployed here with the 310th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) marched 50 miles in a Presidents Day homage to presidents Theodore Roosevelt and John F. Kennedy. Lt. Col. Shane Cater, chief of the administrative law, contract and financial section, said he and Maj. Kyle “Dutch” Dietrich, a trial lawyer in the staff judge advocate section, began early Sunday morning and completed 41 miles before stopping until Monday morning. MORE

310th ESC CG looks back on successful mobilization to Kuwait under COVID-19 protocols

February 10, 2021 — The commanding general of the 310th Expeditionary Sustainment Command said it was a tremendous challenge to successfully mobilize and deploy his Army Reserve unit here under a strict COVID-19 environment. MORE
Commanding General of the 310th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) Brig. Gen. Justin Swanson said he is convinced from his experience mobilizing the 310th ESC to Camp Arifjan, Kuwait under COVID-19 conditions was that many of the COVID-19 mitigations will continue after the pandemic has passed. Swanson first enlisted in the Louisiana National Guard and served there as a combat medic before he was commissioned in 1993.

Citizen soldier receives special call for the holidays
