Two 'Brickyard' Soldiers enrolled in Army Anti-Terrorism Honor Roll

Army Reserve Capt. Skyler Danks, deployed to Kuwait with the Indianapolis-based 310th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), was recognized along with Sgt. 1st Class Ryan M. Belcher in the Army's 2021 Anti-Terrorism Honor Roll. The Army established the Army Antiterrorism Awards Program to recognize excellence and significant achievements in the anti-terrorism field and those who work hard behind the scenes to protect Army civilian and military personnel.

'Brickyard' cooks complete special assignment at Bagram

July 21, 2021 — Four Soldiers from the Army Reserve's Indianapolis-based 310th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) returned here recently after providing support to Soldiers at Afghanistan's Bagram Air Base. Master Sgt. Lloyd Cossey, Staff Sgt. Steve Augusten, Sgt. Nichole Hall and Spc. Patrick H. Watrous spent almost 30 days feeding troops at Bagram’s North Dining Facility in support of withdrawal of U.S. forces from Afghanistan. MORE

First Team Strong Bonds retreat takes holistic approach to help Army families

The 1st Theater Sustainment Command’s Unit Ministry Team led from the front and hosted a three-in-one Strong Bonds retreat at the Omni Hotel in Indianapolis June 18-20. June 16, 2021 — The commanding general of 1st Theater Sustainment Command coined two riggers deployed here with the Fort Bragg, North Carolina-based 151st Quartermaster Detachment, during his June 10, 2021 visit at the Eric T. Burri U.S. Army Rigging Facility. MORE
The Commanding General of the 1st Theater Sustainment Command, Maj. Gen. John P. Sullivan, stands with Sgt. 1st Class Michelle Metzger, the senior enlisted advisor for the Fort Bragg, N.C., based 151th Quartermaster Detachment, moments before the general presented his command coin to riggers, Spc. Paulo Paulo and Sgt. Joshua Parkinson, during his June 10, 2021 visit. Metzger recommended the riggers for their hard work and dedication during the deployment.
