1st Theater Sustainment Command

The 14th Theater Personnel Operations Center (TPOC) establishes and synchronizes the Theater personnel database and accountability reporting; conducts early entry reception operations; implements the Theater Postal Directory Address Database; provides Theater-wide assistance for HR systems issues; and provides guidance and technical support for SRC 12 HR units executing personnel accountability and postal operations. 

A professional and adaptive TPOC providing technical guidance, training, and subject matter experts concerning HR warfighting functions and RSO operations in support of the 1st TSC mission.
